The Vampire Tour of San Francisco was chosen by The Bay Guardian as one of the "Best of the Bay" for 2003! Mina Harker (Kitty Burns) was also awarded the 2005 Individual Donor Diamond Award by ARTshare in San Mateo, CA for charitable contributions made by The Vampire Tour of SF.
Explore the Gothic side of Nob Hill. Meet Mina Harker, Vampress who was made by Count Dracula in London in 1897, and banished by him to the United States. Mina has resided on and under the streets of San Francisco for over 100 years. Hear her story, and learn how Vampires have played an important part in the shaping of San Francisco as we know it today.
Every night a fun vampire prize is raffled off before the tour starts!
This event raised $400. Thank you, Kitty Burns, for setting up the SF
Vampire Tour fundraiser.
RAR Golf Tournament
RAR hosted their 3rd Annual Romania Animal Rescue, Inc. Golf Tournament
for Romanian animals! This tournament was held at the Oakhurst Country
Club in Clayton, CA, on April 24, 2006. The Romania Animal Rescue, Inc.,
a US 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is using the proceeds of the
tournament to send veterinarians from the USA to spay and neuter dogs in
Galati, Romania, as well as train the local vets on current surgical
procedures.
The Tournament was sponsored by Hill's Science Diet.

Many thanks to Nancy and Rory Janes from Romania Animal Rescue, Inc. for
their tireless efforts to help Romanian strays. The golf event organized
at the end of April, 2005 was a success. Enough funds were raised in

mass-sterilization/treatment in the fall (Sept/Oct).
