Many thanks to you all for donating the funds to keep our program going in Galati! I was able to wire Dr. Ileana a total of $3000 for spay/neuter surgeries in March – all thanks to YOU and your generous gift of charity!

Each and every one of these people had a major role in helping the puppies (featured in our February/March newsletter) to leave Romania, at no cost to RAR or our donors!
Our special thanks to Dr. Richard Bachman and Dr. Abbey Whitehead for their donation of time, training, and books to help Claudiu Iosim while he was in the United States. These wonderful veterinarians gave many great products and veterinary educational books for use in Romania, and we are deeply indebted to them for their help.
