Meet Dr. Bachman

Dr. Bachman visited Romania in May, 2008. He travelled to several towns in Romania, including Jilava, Buzau, and Bucharest to train local vets in using modern veterinary procedures, primarily new techniques in spay/neuter operations.

During his time in Romania, Dr. Bachman and the vets he trained performed over 100 procedures. The trained vets were given medical supplies to perform 200 additional medical operations.
