Lucas, a puppy from Harsova, was rescued from certain death by Marshall Greenman. Harsova is the town in Romania that has a bounty on dogs, and people are paid to kill dogs and cut off their ears, and bring them into the city hall for payment. Lucas wants to continue to help the kids back home. Although happily adopted to a loving family by Marin Humane Society, he wants to make sure his relatives and friends can live a decent life in Romania. He is supporting our spay/neuter program, and hopes that you will too! He is asking for a sponsorship of $10 per month in order to reach his goal of spaying/neutering hundreds of dogs and cats in his country.
